According to Articles 10, of 11, 12 Laws of Ukraine "About the state secret", Procedure for the organization and providing the mode of privacy in state bodies, local government bodies, at the companies, in organizations and the organizations, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 02, 2003 based on decisions of the state experts in secrets on cancellation of earlier made decisions on reference of information to the state secret registered in the Security Service of Ukraine on June 08, 2013 for N№1111, 1113, and decisions of the state experts in the secrets on reference of information to the state secret registered in the Security Service of Ukraine on June 08, 2013 for N№1112, 1114, ORDER to No. 1561-12,:
1. Approve Changes to the Code of data which are the state secret, No. approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 440, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2005 for No. 902/11182 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To provide to the head of the department of protection of the state secret and licensing of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
