About approval of Changes in Phytosanitary rules of import from abroad, transportations within the country, export and production of wooden packaging material
According to the Law of Ukraine "About quarantine of plants", subitem 7.250 of the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 23, 2011 No. 500, I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in Phytosanitary rules of import from abroad, the transportations within the country, export and production of wooden packaging material approved by the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of December 22, 2005 No. 731, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2006 for No. 62/11936, which are applied.
2. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.
