1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of standard rates of cost of compensation of the losses of agricultural production connected with provision of agricultural holdings for nonagricultural needs" of February 14, 1998 No. 66 the following change:
- state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Determine that the means received in compensation of losses of agricultural production are listed by physical persons and legal entities to which the parcels of land are provided, before issue of the documents certifying the right to the parcel of land to them in the republican budget and are used on:
- development of new lands;
- melioration of the operated lands;
- increase in fertility of soils;
- accomplishment of project and surveying works on development new and melioration of the operated lands, increase in their fertility.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
