Changes which are made to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2006 No. 212 "About measures for realization of separate provisions of the Federal Laws regulating activities of non-profit organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 17, the Art. 1869):

a) declare Item 1 invalid;

b) in Item 3 of the word "Items 1 and 2 of this resolution extend" shall be replaced with words "Item 2 of this resolution extends";

c) declare Item 5 invalid.

2. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 22, 2006 No. 302 "About creation and activities in the territory of the closed administrative-territorial formation of the organizations with foreign investments" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 22, Art. 2334; 2009, No. 18, Art. 2244):
