1. Make to the section II of Requirements concerning the writing of the name of the legal entity or his separate division approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 5, 2012 No. 368/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2012 at No. 367/20680, such changes:
1.1. State Item 2.14 in the following edition:
"2.14. The name of public association consists of two parts - general and own names. In the general name form of business of public association is specified ("public organization", "public the union").
Proper name of public association shall not be identical to names of other registered public associations or public associations which messages it is accepted in the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine "About public associations".
The proper name of public association does not may contain the word "state", "utility" and derivative of them.
