1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 10, 1993 No. 615 "About measures concerning enhancement of protection of objects state and other patterns of ownership" (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 2, Art. 31; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 67, Art. 2324):
