1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity" of February 18, 2012 No. 108 the following amendment:
To add the criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity approved by the above-named resolution with Chapter 20 in edition according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.

69. The risk degree in the field of the state metrological supervision is subdivided on high, average, insignificant.
The risk degree when implementing activities in the field of the state metrological supervision is determined depending on probability of damnification to citizens and economy of the Kyrgyz Republic owing to doubtful results of measurements.
70. The types of activity connected with measurements which results are used in case of belong to high risk:
- works on ensuring protection of life and health of physical persons;
- works on safety of work and traffic circulation;
- supervision of state of environment;
- state accounting transactions;
- trade and commercial transactions between the buyer (consumer) and the seller (the supplier, the producer, the contractor);
- to work in spheres household and utilities.
