About approval of criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity

For the purpose of realization of Item 113 of the Actions plan "Economy and Safety" for 2011 on program implementation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Actions plan "Economy and Safety" for 2011 on program implementation of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 26, 2011 No. 26, and also the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides increases in efficiency of checks of activities of subjects of entrepreneurship, elimination of unreasonable and excessive intervention of state bodies in activities of subjects of entrepreneurship:

1. Approve the enclosed criteria for evaluation of risk degree when implementing business activity (further - criteria of risk).

2. Determine that:

- the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship perform scheduled inspections according to the criteria of risk approved by Item 1 of this resolution;

- distribution of subjects of entrepreneurship on risk degrees is performed by the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship;

- responsibility for inopportuneness and low-quality implementation of criteria of risk are born by heads of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship.

3. The authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship shall post the criteria of risk approved by Item 1 of this resolution on official websites.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
