About entering of amendments and changes into some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning forming and use of means of innovative funds and recognition voided resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2010 No. 357 and of August 12, 2011 No. 1096

According to item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 7, 2012 "About procedure for forming and use of means of innovative funds" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 357
1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. subitem 7.81 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 105, 5/9328; 2011, No. 94, 5/34313), after words of "innovative fund" to add with words ", investment fund";
1.2. in appendix 2 to the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; No. 60, 5/33808; 2012, No. 72, 5/35894):
to exclude from Item 8 of the word "subitem 20.1 of Item 20 of the Regulations on procedure for the forming and use of means of innovative funds approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 7, 2009 No. 596 " about some questions of forming and use of means of innovative funds " (the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 300, 1/11181)";
to exclude from Item 11 of the word "subitem 20.1 of Item 20 of the Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of innovative funds";
1.3. The regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 107, 5/9363; 2008, No. 223, 5/28341) to add with Item of 121 following contents:
"121. Content of central office of the Ministry of Energy is performed at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on financing of the specified Ministry.";
1.4. in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 5, 2004 No. 946 "About provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the foreign credits issued to Belvneshekonombank open joint stock company for financing of the investment project" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 124, 5/14637) of the word "innovative fund of concern" shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2012 innovative fund of concern, since January 1, 2013 the funds formed by this concern";
1.5. in the paragraph the second Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 7, 2004 No. 1087 "About provision of guarantees for the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the foreign credits issued to Belvneshekonombank open joint stock company for financing of the investment project" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 144, 5/14826) of the word "innovative fund of concern" shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2012 innovative fund of concern, since January 1, 2013 the funds formed by this concern";
1.6. in Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 2, 2005 No. 847 "About measures for implementation in the republic of the automated control system and accounting of electrical energy" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 124, 5/16352):
to exclude from the paragraph of the third word "and the part of means of the innovative fund formed by the Department of Energy, directed to financing of programs for energy saving, actions for implementation of new energy efficient technologies and the equipment";
from the paragraph of the fourth word of "means of the innovative fund formed by the Department of Energy" to exclude;
1.7. in Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 22, 2006 No. 382 "About provision of a guarantee for the Government of the Republic of Belarus in repayment of the foreign credit issued to Belvneshekonombank open joint stock company for financing of the investment project" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 52, 5/22061) of the word "the innovative fund formed by concern" shall be replaced with words "till December 31, 2012 innovative fund of concern, since January 1, 2013 the funds formed by this concern";
1.8. in part two of Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 24, 2007 No. 1086 "About assignment of soft credit of People's Republic of China" (2007, No. 209, 5/25702) of the word "at the expense of means of the innovative fund formed" shall be replaced with words the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus "till December 31, 2012 at the expense of means of innovative fund, since January 1, 2013 investment fund, formed";
1.9. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 14, 2007 No. 1742 "About approval of the State program of development of technical regulation and standardization concerning defense products for 2008-2015" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 304, 5/26398):
"innovative" to add Item 3 after words with the words "and investment";
in Item 6 of appendix to the State program of development of technical regulation and standardization concerning the defense products for 2008-2015 approved by this resolution, line item
