According to subitem 4.3.7 of subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, and the paragraph third the subitem "b" of Item 2 of Powers of the central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation and rates for separate types of products, goods and services (appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 I ORDER to No. 1548:
1. Approve Changes to the Rates for transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the international message approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 19, 2008 No. 306, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2008 for No. 238/14929 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:
2.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
2.2. And to inform the correct application of Changes to rates on price level of passengers at stations and in Items of sale of travel documents.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Demidovich D. V.
