About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan
I DECIDE:
1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 29.12.2015 No. 152
2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) till March 1, 2013 to provide development of the corresponding regulatory legal acts regulating creation and activities of service of internal audit in state bodies;
2) to take the measures following from this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning public service", except for the subitem 1) of Item 2 of the Decree which becomes effective from the date of signing.
