About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2007 No. 495 "About creation of the special economic zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark"

According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2011 "About special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2007 No. 495 "About creation of the special economic zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 47, Art. 560; 2009, No. 40, Art. 388) following changes and amendment:

Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on SEZ;

2) target indicators of functioning and critical level of not achievement of the SEZ target indicators.";

Regulations on special economic zone to be reworded as follows 2) according to appendix 1 to this Decree;

To add 3) with target indicators of functioning and critical level of not achievement of target indicators of special economic zone according to appendix 2 to this Decree.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of signing.
