According to article 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes to the Storage precautions, protection, uses and disclosures of bank secrecy approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 14.07.2006 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 03.08.2006 for No. 935/12809 (with changes) which are applied.
2. I reserve control over the implementation of this resolution.
3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
