1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 20, 1999 No. 88 "About the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 32, Art. 339; 2003, No. 40, Art. 417; 2006, No. 23, Art. 229; 2008, No. 20, Art. 182; 2009, No. 3-4, of Art. 7; 2010, No. 2, Art. 12; No. 37, Art. 309; No. 51, Art. 466; 2011, No. 48, Art. 646) following changes and amendments:

in Regulations on the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the called Decree:

"1) determination of the main directions of protection of national interests, identification, the analysis, assessment and forecasting of threats of national security, the choice of means and methods on ensuring national security of the country;

2) development of the main directions of state policy in the field of ensuring national security of the country;";

subitems 1), 1-1), 2), 3-1) and 7) to state in the following edition:

"1) implementation of the complex analysis of development of the situation in the world and regions in relation to national interests of the Republic of Kazakhstan, identification and forecasting of emergence of sources of internal and external threats of national security, taking measures to their prevention and neutralization;

1-1) consideration and assessment of contents of strategic and program documents in the most important directions of development of the country;";
