1. Approve enclosed:
Rules of rendering the intermediary help to citizens on employment abroad.
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
in case of need in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to make offers in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the conclusion of international treaties concerning labor activity of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad;
to submit annually for approval in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan quota for involvement of the foreign citizens hired by employers outside the Republic of Kazakhstan for work in the territory of the republic in general and by groups of professions.
annually following the results of work to provide information in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on attraction of foreign labor power and export of labor power from the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to make issue of entrance visas to foreign citizens for labor activity in the presence of the permission to attraction of foreign labor power issued by local executive body.
