This Law governs the public relations in the field of population shift, determines legal, economic and social basis of migratory processes, and also creations of necessary living conditions on the new place for oralmans.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
1) adaptation services - the range of services, their families provided to oralmans and members in the center of adaptation and integration of oralmans including legal consultation, training in state language and at will - to Russian, professional training, retraining and advanced training;
2) it is excluded
3) labor migration - temporary movement of physical persons from other states to the Republic of Kazakhstan and from the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also in the state for implementation of labor activity;

7) immigrants are the foreigners or stateless persons which arrived to the Republic of Kazakhstan for temporary or permanent residence;
8) emigration - departure of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to other state for permanent or temporary residence;
