"7.1.13. Civilian passenger airliners (the codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union 8802 40 003 2 and 8802 40 004 2) imported till July 1, 2014 into the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purpose of their use for international carriages and (or) domestic transports on the territory of the state where import of these goods, and (or) between the territories of state members of the Customs union is performed.
7.1.14. Civilian passenger airliners (the codes of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union 8802 40 003 2 and 8802 40 004 2) imported into the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan using the privilege specified in Item 7.1.13. this Decision, and imported during the term of their operation into the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan after their repair or maintenance outside customs area of the Customs union.".
