About modification of some decisions of the Commission of the Customs union and Board of the Eurasian economic commission

1. The list of types of goods concerning which special customs procedure can be established, and conditions of their room under such customs procedure, No. approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 20, 2010 329, to add with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. Civilian passenger airliners (classification codes 8802 40 003 5, 8802 40 003 6 and 8802 40 004 6th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union), the aviation engines, spare parts and the equipment including imported as a part of the aircraft, for civil aviation, earlier imported on customs area of the Union and placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption using rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union in the amount of 0 percent from customs value or using the tariff privilege, exported from customs area of the Union for making of transactions on their repair and (or) maintenance (including on capital repairs and (or) upgrade), and also imported back on customs area of the Union after making of the specified transactions or without their making in not changed condition within 6 months from the date of export, are located under special customs procedure without payment of customs duties, taxes and without application of measures of non-tariff regulation.
