Art. I. - Item d) article 2 of the Law on trade secret No. 171-XIII of July 6, 1994 (1994, 13, Art. 126), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

"(2) Use as the promotional material of the objects protected by copyright and/or the related rights is allowed only on the basis of the contract between the owner of copyright and the producer (distributor) of advertizing.".
