According to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2011 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2012" and for the purpose of increase in targeting of appointment and payment of social benefits through self-government institutions of citizens the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. PP-1675:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for calculation of size of average monthly comprehensive income for purpose of benefits and financial support to the needing families according to appendix No. 1.
2. Provide to the State Tax Committee on representations of self-government institutions of citizens check of reliability of data on the income of members of families for receipt of benefits and financial support according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
3. To republican fund "Makhalla" together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan to carry out broad explanatory work among the population about procedure for calculation of size of average monthly comprehensive income for purpose of benefits and financial support to the needing families.
4. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.
5. To the ministries and departments together with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.
