Article 1

Bring in article 28 of the Federal Law of March 30, 1999 N 52-FZ "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, N 14, Art. 1650; 2011, N 30, Art. 4596) following changes:
