About establishment of rate of seasonal import (import) customs duty on the wheat flour imported on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About customs tariff of the Kyrgyz Republic", for the purpose of support of domestic producers and creation of equal competitive opportunities in the domestic market the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish for a period of 6 months the rate of seasonal import (import) customs duty on the wheat flour classified by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 1101 00 110 0 - 1101 00 150 0, in the amount of 2, of the 5th som for 1 kg, imported on customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic irrespective of country of source.

2. Under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to the State Customs Service execution of Items 1 and 2 of this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to inform the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community and Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.

4. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Public service on fight against economic crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, to Border troops of the State committee of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures directed to suppression of clandestine importation (import) of the goods specified in Item 1 of this resolution.

5. Determine that operation of this resolution does not extend to the civil legal relationship which arose before its entry into force, that is concerning commodity import, specified in Item 1 of this resolution:

- moved through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic before date of the introduction of this resolution to force;
