2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to notify in accordance with the established procedure Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the Secretariat of Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on adoption of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
