About customs tariff of the Kyrgyz Republic

Coverage of this Law is the single customs area of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding establishment of the principles of customs and tariff regulation and application of rules of taxation of goods duties in case of their movement through customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic.
This Law represents set of means and methods of tariff regulation of foreign trade activity when moving goods and vehicles through customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic and is integral part of the customs legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Main objectives of customs tariff are:

- protection of economy of the Kyrgyz Republic against adverse effect of foreign competition;
- providing conditions for effective integration of the Kyrgyz Republic into world economy;
- accomplishment of undertaken obligations according to the international agreements ratified by the Kyrgyz Republic.
