About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

For the purpose of implementation of the Federal Law "About Weapon" Government of the Russian Federation decides: Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 1992 N 587 "Questions of private detective (detective) and private security activities" (Collection of acts of the President and the Government of the Russian Federation, 1992, N 8, Art. 506; Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 15, Art. 1343; 2009, N 31, Art. 3960; 2012, N 6, Art. 665):

a) in the list of types of arms of security guards approved by the specified resolution:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Certified in accordance with the established procedure as office weapon:

a) fire smooth-bore and cut short-barreled weapon of national production;

b) fire smooth-bore long-barreled weapon of national production;

c) firearms of limited defeat of national production.";

to state the subitem "an" of Item 2 in the following edition:

"a) firearms of limited defeat of national production;";

b) to state the appendix N 5 to the specified resolution in the following edition:

"Appendix N 5
