1. This Regulations on order of registration of notification are developed in compliance with the Regulations on procedure for import to customs area of the Customs union and export with customs area of the Customs union of the cryptography (cryptographic) tools (further - Regulations on procedure for import and export of the cryptography tools) approved by the decision of Interstate Council of EurAsEC (The Supreme body of the Customs union) of November 27, 2009 No. 19.
The purpose of this provision is optimization of procedures of issue of allowing documents for import/export of this type of goods (products).
2. This Provision establishes procedure:
- registrations of notification about characteristics of goods (products) containing the cryptography (cryptographic) tools;
- representations of notification in the approving body of state members of the Customs union for registration;
