Article 1. The paragraph of the sixth part two of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002 (Vyarkhochnaga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1993, No. 1, Art. 1; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 85, 2/875; 2007, 147, 2/1335) to state No. in the following edition:
"establishes and cancels in coordination with National academy of Sciences of Belarus limits on procurement (purchase) of wild-growing plants and (or) their parts;".
Article 2. Voided according to the Code of the Republic of Belarus of 24.12.2015 No. 332-Z
Article 3. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2003 "About flora" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 73, 2/954; 2004, No. 174, 2/1068; 2005, No. 121, 2/1139; 2006, No. 107, 2/1235; No. 179, 2/1266; 2007, No. 147, 2/1335; 2008, No. 275, 2/1541; 2009, No. 161, 2/1584; 2010, No. 6, 2/1648) following changes and amendments:
1. In preamble:
words "uses and removals of objects of flora" shall be replaced with words "withdrawals, removals, changes of objects of flora and use of them";
add preamble with words ", rational (steady) use of resources of flora".
2. In Article 1:
to exclude from paragraph two of the word "and others";
the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
