About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2010, No. 71, 5/31466; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; No. 11, 5/33160; No. 60, 5/33808):
1.1.1. in Item 5:
in subitem 5.1.2 of the word "the cash summing-up registers, special computer systems, ticket printing machines, taximeters" shall be replaced with words "the cash equipment";
the fourth subitem 5.3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"registration of the cash equipment;";
exclude subitem 5.151;
1.1.2. in subitems 6.15 and 6.17 of Item 6 of the word "cash summing-up registers, special computer systems, ticket printing machines, taximeters" shall be replaced with words "the cash equipment" in the corresponding case;
1.1.3. in appendix 2 to this Provision:
to state the name of the Section "Control of Observance of Established Procedure of Acceptance of Cash in case of Sales of Goods (Works, Services), Uses of the Cash Summing-up Registers, Special Computer Systems, Ticket Printing Machines, Taximeters" in the following edition:
"Control of observance of established procedure of acceptance of cash in case of sales of goods (works, services), uses of the cash equipment";
