About approval of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of streamlining of the ministerial procedures performed concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs it (is applied).

2. Determine that operation of this resolution extends to the relations arising when implementing ministerial procedures concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, except for the relations:

specified in Item 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 to No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures";

arising in connection with implementation of the activities connected with specific goods (works, services) *;

connected with withdrawal and provision of the parcels of land;

the separate types of activity connected with licensing;

the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs connected with state registration.

* For the purposes of this resolution specific goods (works, services) are understood as specific goods (works, services) concerning which export control is exercised, included in lists of specific goods (works, services).

3. To assign coordination of activities when making the ministerial procedures provided by the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to the Ministry of Economics.

4. Item 8 of Regulations of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 53, 5/29310; No. 105, 5/29640; 2011, No. 107, 5/34480; No. 121, 5/34656) to add with part fourteen of the following content:

"Drafts of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus concerning making of the ministerial procedures performed concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs shall be approved with the Ministry of Economics.".

5. Recognize invalid resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to appendix.

6. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
