According to Presidential decrees of Ukraine of 18.11.96 No. 1094 "About departmental incentive distinctions" and of 13.02.97 No. 134 "About Approximate regulations on departmental incentive distinctions" I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1.1. Regulations on departmental incentive distinction of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine - the breastplate "For merits" which is applied.
1.2. Regulations on departmental incentive distinction of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine - the Certificate of honor of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine which is applied.
2. Recognize invalid orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 23.09.99 No. 684/7 "About input of incentive distinctions of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine the Certificate of honor and the breastplate "For merits" and of 04.04.2005 No. 486/7 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 23.09.1999 No. 684/7".
3. Take into consideration that for progress in work and fair accomplishment of labor obligations such measures of encouragement as can be also applied to employees of judicial authorities: payment of award, delivery of valuable present. Candidacies for this encouragement are proposed to the Minister of Justice of Ukraine on representation of deputy ministers, heads of structural divisions of central office, territorial authorities of justice. The specified encouragement appears the order of the Ministry.
