ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OF UKRAINE

of February 14, 2013 No. 271/5

About establishment of departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of 31.01.2018 No. 265/5)

In pursuance of Article 2 of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 365 "About departmental incentive differences", for the purpose of encouragement and otlicheniye of personal labor achievements in professional activity and for special merits during accomplishment of service duties of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Establish such departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine:

Gratitude of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

Certificate of honor of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

the breastplate "For achievements in development of judicial examination";

the breastplate "For honest work".

2. Approve applied:

2.1. Regulations on departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Descriptions and sketches of departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.3. Descriptions and sketches of certificates to breastplates.

4. For progress in work and fair accomplishment of labor obligations such measures of encouragement as can be also applied to employees of judicial authorities: payment of award, delivery of valuable present. Candidacies for this encouragement are proposed to the Minister of Justice of Ukraine on provision of deputy ministers, heads of structural divisions of the office of the Ministry, territorial authorities of justice. The specified encouragement appears the order of the Ministry of Justice.

5. To department of personnel work and public service (Nabochenko S. I.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 03, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

6. To department of organizational and resource support (Wise S. I.), to Department of planned financial activities, financial accounting and reporting (Turovskaya O. A.), to provide according to competence financing and production of departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and certificates to breastplates.

7. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

8. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Sedov A. Yu.

Regulations on departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

I. General provisions

This Provision is developed according to Regulations on departmental incentive differences, approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 365, and determines procedure for otlicheniye departmental incentive differences of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

1.1. For the purpose of otlicheniye of personal achievements in professional activity of employees of judicial authorities, notariate, the companies, organizations, the organizations falling within the scope of management of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (daleeministerstvo) such departmental incentive differences are established (further - departmental differences):

Gratitude of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (further - Gratitude);

The certificate of honor of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (further - the Certificate of honor);

the breastplate "For achievements in development of judicial examination";

the breastplate "For honest work".

1.2. Otlicheniye is performed by departmental differences of the Ministry in such sequence: Gratitude, Certificate of honor, breastplate.

Otlicheniye is carried out by departmental differences not earlier than in year after the previous otlicheniye.

1.3. Departmental differences of the Ministry mark out employees of territorial authorities of justice to whom, as a rule, encouragement measures at the regional level were applied earlier.

Employees of the state companies, organizations and organizations relating to the sphere of management of the Ministry are marked out by departmental differences of the Ministry, as a rule, if the encouragement measures provided by employment policies and procedures of the company were applied to them earlier (organizations, the organizations).

1.4. Gratitude and the Certificate of honor mark out employees of judicial authorities, notariate, and also the state companies, organizations and organizations relating to the sphere of management of the Ministry for personal deposit in reorganization of the democratic, constitutional state, law enforcement, rights and freedoms of man and citizen, forming at citizens of legal outlook, high achievements in work, model accomplishment of service duties.

To otlicheniye by the Certificate of honor persons having length of service in the specified bodies (at the companies, in organizations, the organizations) can be provided at least one year.

Persons which are marked out by the Certificate of honor can be provided to otlicheniye by it repeatedly not earlier than in three years.

1.5. The breastplate "For achievements in development of judicial examination" marks out workers of the office of the Ministry and the public specialized agencies of judicial examinations of the Ministry for personal deposit in reorganization of the democratic, constitutional state, ensuring justice, protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, high achievements in the field of judicial examination, model accomplishment of service duties.

1.6. The breastplate "For honest work" marks out workers of the office of the Ministry, territorial authorities of justice, for personal deposit in reorganization of the democratic, constitutional state, law enforcement, rights and freedoms of man and citizen, forming at citizens of legal outlook, the high achievements in work having length of service in above-mentioned bodies at least 5 years.

1.7. Otlicheniye for the second time is not carried out by breastplates.

1.8. Persons specified in Items 1.4 - 1.6, can be noted by departmental differences of the Ministry also after retirement.

1.9. The number of persons who can be marked out by departmental awards of the Ministry within year cannot exceed:

Gratitude - 3000;

The certificate of honor - 800;

the breastplate "For achievements in development of judicial examination" - 30;

the breastplate "For honest work" - 300.

II. Procedure for representation to otlicheniye departmental differences

2.1. Nomination of candidates for otlicheniye is performed by departmental differences of the Ministry publicly, as a rule, in labor collective on principle place of employment of persons.
