In Item 6 of the Section III of the List of republican state bodies approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 9, 2003 N UP-3358, of the word "Uzbek Republican Copyright Agency" shall be replaced with words "The agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 05.06.2017 No. UP-5069
3. In the column "Executives in charge" of item 4 of the Complex of actions for development of innovative products and technologies for the medium term approved by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 15, 2008 No. PP-916, of the word "Patent authority" shall be replaced with words "The agency on intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
