About approval of Regulations of Admission in military educational institutions of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan

2. Recognize to invalid:
1) the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2005 No. 160 "About approval of Regulations of Admission in the highest military schools of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 3642, No. published in "The legal newspaper" of November 29, 2005 222, of December 2, 2005 No. 224-225);
2) the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2006 No. 54 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2005 No. 160" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 4097, No. published in the Legal newspaper of March 1, 2006 36).
3. To the head of the department of military education and science
Ministries of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the procedure established by the legislation to send this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration;
