1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of Admission in military educational institutions.

3. To the head of the department of military education and science of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation to send this order to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for state registration;

4. To impose control of execution of the order on the first deputy of Ministrapredsedatel Komitet of chiefs of headquarters of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Regulations of Admission in military educational institutions

1. General provisions

1. Regulations of Admission in military educational institutions (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 3) of Item 1 of article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2012 "About military service and the status of the military personnel", Item 12 of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 27, 2007 "About education" and determine procedure for acceptance of candidates for the military educational institutions realizing professional training programs of the higher and postgraduate education.

3. Procedure for acceptance and transfer in military educational institutions

17. In military educational institutions in year of receipt selection committees which perform studying of official reports of the military personnel and petitions from citizens which are not in the military service are created.
