Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1999 No. 28.10 and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 1999 No. 381 "About approval of the Regulations on the circulation of the bonds emitted by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 15, 8/2529).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
