About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595
In pursuance of article 29 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2010 "About renewable energy resources" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Item 4 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 107, 5/9363; 2008, No. 223, 5/28341) to add with subitems 4.41 and 4.42 of the following content:
"4.41. taking measures to ensuring the guaranteed connection to the state energy networks of installations to use of renewable energy resources according to the procedure, established by the legislation;
4.42. taking measures to the guaranteed acquisition by the state power supplying organizations of all offered energy made from renewable energy resources and delivered by producers of energy from renewable energy resources in the state energy networks and also its payment to the rates established according to the legislation;".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 5, 2011.
