About establishment of report form about cash flow and approval of the Instruction for creation of the cash flow statement by banks of the Republic of Belarus
Based on articles 26 and 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish report form about cash flow (form 4 of the annual statement) according to appendix to this resolution.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction for creation of the cash flow statement by banks of the Republic of Belarus.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2007 No. 373 "About approval of report form about cash flow and the Instruction for creation of the cash flow statement by banks of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 5, 8/17726);
the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2010 No. 25 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of December 6, 2007 No. 373" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 66, 8/22024).
4. In case of creation of the cash flow statement for 2010 credit turnovers according to balance sheet accounts on accounting of the added, overdue income in part of the amounts considered on these accounts till January 1, 2010 are not taken into consideration.
5. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is applied in case of creation of the annual statement by banks of the Republic of Belarus for 2010 and the next years.
