1. The paragraph one of subitem 3.2.2 of Item 3.2 of the Section III of the Procedure for the forming of rates for centralized water supply and water disposal approved by the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of 17.02.2011 No. 243, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.03.2011 for N 367/19105, to state in such edition:
"3.2.2. Direct expenses on compensation (the salary and other payments to personnel, directly busy in engineering procedure of centralized water supply and water disposal, according to the Law of Ukraine "About compensation" and in the limits set by the Tax code of Ukraine:".
2. (Raskovsky M.) to provide to management of regulation of the companies of housing-and-municipal complex this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
