About calculation of rates of the export customs duties on separate types of goods developed from oil
According to item 4 of article 3 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that rates of the export customs duties on separate types of goods developed from oil are calculated by formulas according to appendix.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 26.02.2013 No. 154.
3. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation monthly to make in the Government of the Russian Federation offers on determination of the rates of the export customs duties on separate types of goods developed from oil, calculated according to the formulas provided by appendix to this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication.
