Rules of monitoring of the prices of separate types of the goods developed from oil

1. These rules establish procedure for monitoring of the prices of separate types of the goods developed from oil - the liquefied hydrocarbonic gases in the ports of the Black Sea (FOB the Black Sea) (further - monitoring).

2. Monitoring is performed for the purpose of determination of average price on the liquefied hydrocarbonic gases by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation by observation and registration of the daily prices (purchase and sale) for the liquefied hydrocarbonic gases in the ports of the Black Sea (FOB the Black Sea) published by the international price agency "Argus Media Limited" (the Argus International LPG edition, names of quotations - Argus FOB Black Sea propane-butane mix, unit of measure - US dollars for ton).

3. The period of monitoring is the period from the 15th of each calendar month on the 14th of the following calendar month.

4. Average price on the liquefied hydrocarbonic gases for the period of monitoring specified in Item 3 of these rules is calculated as arithmetic average of the daily prices (purchase and sale) on the liquefied hydrocarbonic gases for all days of the biddings and rounded to the fifth sign after comma according to mathematical rules of rounding.
