to monthly expect rates of the export customs duties on crude oil and separate types of goods developed from oil, according to the techniques approved by this resolution, taking into account average prices the liquefied hydrocarbon gases on border with the Republic of Poland (DAF Brest) and on crude oil of the Yurals brand in the world markets of oil raw materials (Mediterranean and Rotterdam), crude oil of the North Sea Dated brand in the market of the North Sea, the monitoring which is carried out according to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 26, 2013 N 154 "About procedure for monitoring of the prices of the separate types of the goods developed from oil and about recognition No. 1155 which voided Item 2 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010" and of February 26, 2013 No. 155 "About procedure for monitoring of oil prices crude the Yurals brands in the world markets of oil raw materials developed for the period (Mediterranean and Rotterdam), crude oil of the North Sea Dated brand in the market of the North Sea, and also about recognition voided orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2012 N 251";

place information on the calculated rates of the export customs duties on crude oil and separate types of goods developed from oil not later than 4 days to the 1st of calendar month in which the calculated rates, on the official site of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on the Internet will be applied.

2(1). Provide to the Federal Tax Service the direction in the Federal Customs Service with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction of data on issue of the certificates specified in Item 2 method of calculation of rates of the export customs duties on separate types of goods developed from the oil approved by this resolution and also data on suspension or the termination of their action within one working day from the date of making of such actions.

3. Recognize invalid decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

4. This resolution becomes effective since April 1, 2013.

1. In this technique the formulas applied when calculating rates of export customs duties on crude oil are established.
