1. In case of commodity exportation by modes of transport on which actions of requirements of the Regulations on procedure of control of cargo delivery are not widespread in customs of the appointment approved by the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 08.12.98 N 771.
1.1 In case of receipt of export loads in customs of appointment (customs on border) the official of inspection department behind cargo delivery (further - OLDG) shall direct customs of appointment to customs of departure (registration) of the message about receipts of load in time which does not exceed two days from the moment of receipt of load (appendix 1). The message on receipt of load is signed by the chief of OKDG or person who replaces it.
