1. Approve such which are applied:

The application form of the company which giving to customs authority precedes customs clearance of goods and vehicles (further - the statement);

Rules of filling of the statement of the company which submission to customs authority precedes customs clearance of goods and vehicles.

2. Determine that filing of application precedes customs authority:

to customs clearance of goods in any customs regime which provides receipt of permission of customs authority to placement them in this customs regime;

to prolongation of term of temporary import (export) of goods;

to customs clearance of goods in the simplified procedure;

to release of goods in free circulation according to the temporary or incomplete declaration (except the cases established by State Customs Service);

to provision of the periodic customs declaration;

and also it is possible in other cases.
