For the purpose of improvement of welfare of citizens in the Azerbaijan Republic, I decide strengthenings of social protection of the needy population:
1. Establish the size of social benefits as it is provided below:
1.1. monthly allowances:
1.1.1. benefit on age - 50 manats;
1.1.2. disability benefit if disability was the result of "general disease", "disease in the period of military service", "industrial injury and occupational disease", "in connection with stay in zone of military operations",
"in connection with liquidation of the Chernobyl accident":
* to disabled people of the I group - 55 manats
* to disabled people of the II group - 40 manats
* to disabled people of III group - 35 manats;
1.1.3. benefit to children aged up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health - 55 manats;
1.1.4. benefit in connection with loss of the supporter - 45 manats;
