About increase in the size of social benefits

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of improvement of welfare and strengthening of social protection of the population I decide:

1. Establish the size of social benefits as it is provided below:

1.1. monthly allowances:

1.1.1. benefit on age - 220 (two hundred twenty) manats;

1.1.2. disability benefit if disability arose in connection with "general disease", "disease in the period of military service", "industrial injury and occupational disease", "in connection with stay in zone of military operations", "in connection with liquidation of the Chernobyl accident":

to disabled people of the I group - 270 (two hundred seventy) manats

to disabled people of the II group - 220 (two hundred twenty) manats

to disabled people of III group - 150 (hundred fifty) manats;

1.1.3. if disability arose "in connection with protection of territorial integrity, independence and the constitutional system of the Azerbaijan Republic" and "in connection with events on January 20, 1990":

to disabled people of the I group - 270 (two hundred seventy) manats

to disabled people of the II group - 220 (two hundred twenty) manats

to disabled people of III group - 150 (hundred fifty) manats;

1.1.4. if disability arose "in connection with military service on the Chernobyl NPP" or "in connection with execution of military service duties":

to disabled people of the I group - 270 (two hundred seventy) manats

to disabled people of the II group - 220 (two hundred twenty) manats

to disabled people of III group - 150 (hundred fifty) manats;

1.1.5. benefit to children up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health - 200 manats;

1.1.6. benefit in connection with loss of the supporter - 120 (hundred twenty) manats;

1.1.7. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of 15.04.2019 No. 640

1.1.8. benefit to children of the military personnel of urgent active duty - 120 manats;

1.1.9. benefit to guardians (custodians) of the children who lost parents and deprived of parent care - 120 manats;

1.1.10. to the needy families having the child aged up to one year - 100 (hundred) manats;

1.1.11. benefit to children of persons of number of categories aged up to 16 years (for getting internal education in educational institutions - up to 18 years):

1.1.11.1. to children of shekhid - 21 manats;

1.1.11.2. to children of persons who became disabled in connection with war or events on January 20, 1990 with the established disability of I and II groups as a result of the Chernobyl accident, and also to the children of participants of mitigation of consequences of the Chernobyl accident who are on dispansersky accounting - 15 manats;

1.1.12. benefit for the adopted child, including for the child up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health:

1. on the adopted child (except the children specified in the second paragraph of this subitem) - 200 manats;

2. on the child up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health - 600 manats.

1.2. lump-sum allowances:

1.2.1. annual treatment allowance to persons injured with radiation accident, - 300 (three hundred) manats;

1.2.2. benefit for the child's birth - 500 (five hundred) manats;

1.2.3. benefit for funeral - 500 (five hundred) manats;

1.2.4. The allowance on ensuring starting financial position to the specialist working at the territories exempted from occupation of the Azerbaijan Republic - 600 manats.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Decree.

4. This Decree becomes effective since September 1, 2013.
