Based on article 26 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Instruction for reflection in financial accounting of interbank calculations.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Board of directors of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 30, 2005 No. 88 "About approval of the Instruction for reflection in financial accounting of transactions by interbank calculations" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 61, 8/12443).
3. This resolution becomes effective since November 30, 2009, except for Chapter 5 of the enclosed Instruction for reflection in financial accounting of interbank calculations which becomes effective since May 31, 2010.
