Task of the constitutional legal proceedings is comprehensive, complete and objective hearing of cases on protection of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of approval of its supremacy and ensuring the constitutional legality.
The constitutional legal proceedings in the Kyrgyz Republic are performed by the Constitutional court of the Kyrgyz Republic (further the Constitutional court) on the basis of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Constitution), according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Constitutional court of the Kyrgyz Republic" and this Law.
1. The constitutional legal proceedings are performed in state language of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. According to the petition of participants of legal proceedings by court the decision on implementation of the constitutional legal proceedings in official language can be made.
3. To the persons participating in meeting not knowing legal proceedings language, the Constitutional court provides transfer of process of legal proceedings into their native language or language which they know.
