About additional measures for simplification of the mechanism of entering of adjustments into the Program of localization
In pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 27, 2009 "About the Program of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials on the basis of industrial cooperation for 2009" and for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of entering of adjustment into the Program of localization on the basis of clear and accurate evaluation criteria the Cabinet of Ministers decides N PP-1048:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for entering of adjustments into the Program of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials on the basis of industrial cooperation according to appendix.
2. Recognize invalid Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 3, 2008 N 149 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for entering of adjustments into the Program of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials on the basis of industrial cooperation" and to the appendix N 1 to it.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Azimov R. S.
