- Regulations on Expert group of assessment of effects of state regulation;

2. To state bodies and local government bodies:
- render assistance to Expert group on the questions relating to field of activity;
- accept the Standard list of questions to management;
- till April 6, 2009 to provide the completed Standard list of questions to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. To Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide Expert group with accommodation.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of economy, trade, tourism and entrepreneurship of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
