About approval of the Regulations on procedure for substitution of the private notary
For the purpose of proper implementation of requirements of article 29 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for substitution of the private notary which are applied.
2. To department of notariate and registration of lawyer associations (Krukoves N. V.):
2.1. Submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 N 493/92 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
2.2. Bring this order to permission of the chief of Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chiefs of regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city justice departments and to provide control of its accomplishment.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy State secretary of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine L. V. Efimenko.
